How Do I Track My Order

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To process a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • A clear video showing the product and the damage
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • Your order number

Once verified, a replacement will be issued.

Conditions

Replacements are only approved in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product received is incorrect from what was ordered

Replacements are not issued for:

  • Wrong size or design ordered by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

I want to change or cancel my order

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to update details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We’ll assist if the order has not yet moved into production.
